Cancellation / Refunds

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and sent to the Congress office.

Any gain or loss due to the exchange rates shall be at the risk of a participant. The Congress office shall not be liable for any loss due to bank charges, transfer fees or currency fluctuations. Due to organizational and logistical procedures all approved refunds will be processed and issued within one month after the Congress.


Cancellations of registration fees are accepted:


Before and including 15 March 2019 80% of registration fee will be refunded
Before and including 1 April 2019 60% of registration fee will be refunded
Before and including 9 April 2019 40% of registration fee will be refunded
After 9 April 2019 No refund is possible
